Fits, installs, repairs, and tests mechanical and HVAC pipe systems on industrial projects. Responsibilities include measuring and cutting pipe, soldering, brazing, threading, grooving, installing hangers, reading blueprints, maintaining tools and materials, completing documentation, following safety procedures, and communicating with supervisors, coworkers, and customers. The role requires physical labor in demanding outdoor and industrial environments, a valid driver’s license, background and drug screening, and flexible scheduling.

Support planning, coordination, and execution of prefabricated fabrication projects. Assist with scope development, engineering coordination, equipment/spec procurement, purchase orders, invoice approvals, cost estimating, vendor/subcontractor negotiation, project documentation, and closeout/warranty deliverables while liaising with project managers, sales, clients, and vendors.

Manage fabrication projects from estimating and scope development through closeout. Coordinate engineering, BIM, and operations; prepare purchase orders; negotiate vendor/subcontractor pricing; maintain cost estimates, documentation, schedules, and warranty/closeout materials. Occasional travel required.

Manage mechanical construction projects including scope development, scheduling, cost control, subcontractor procurement and negotiation, field supervision, invoice approval, closeout documentation, warranty oversight, and coordination with engineering and inter-company divisions. Ensure budget tracking, monthly status reporting, and compliance with safety and specifications.

Install, repair, and test HVAC/mechanical pipe systems including cutting, soldering, brazing, threading, grooving and welding pipe (up to 24"). Read blueprints, use hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with crew and supervisors.

Lead mechanical project engineering for facility projects: assess building systems, develop equipment specifications and construction drawings, produce proposals, manage submittals, provide on-site engineering and commissioning, perform PE review/stamping, coordinate MEP engineering, and document project deliverables.

Support project teams by creating and coordinating MEP BIM models and shop drawings using Revit and fabrication databases. Review submittals, drawings, and specs; resolve clashes; set up Revit views; attend coordination meetings; manage electronic document transmittals; and communicate with engineers, PMs, and contractors to ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

Assist Project Manager and Project Engineer teams with MEP cost estimates, RFQs/RFPs, site visits, scheduling, purchase orders, contracts, budget updates, project closeouts, and project documentation. Travel nationally and to the Caribbean for site oversight and reporting.

Lead development and execution of enterprise AI strategy, governance, and roadmap. Identify high-value AI use cases, build business cases, coordinate pilots through implementation, integrate solutions with IT, monitor adoption and ROI, manage vendors, deliver training, and ensure responsible AI, privacy, and security practices across the organization.

Manage design and delivery of commercial HVAC/MEP facility projects nationwide. Prepare MEP assessments, scopes, RFPs/RFQs, bid comparisons, purchase orders, contracts, schedules, invoices, site visit reports, and project closeouts. Coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors; travel ~50%.

Generate and close mechanical construction business by building account plans, managing CRM pipeline, developing GC and MEP relationships, responding to RFPs, supporting preconstruction and project interviews, collaborating with sales and operations, and leading preconstruction teams to execute construction contracts.

Coordinate the bidding process: receive and review RFPs, assemble bid documents, maintain bid calendars, communicate with clients/vendors, prepare bid packages, and support estimators and preconstruction activities.

Manage turnkey capital projects for mechanical/HVAC systems: define scope, coordinate engineering and procurement, supervise technicians, schedule and delegate work, control costs and invoices, negotiate vendors, and provide project closeout documentation and warranty coverage.
