Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native NICE CXone contact center solutions, build API-based integrations, develop CXone Studio scripts, perform unit/system testing, lead stakeholder discovery, present technical solutions, and uphold development and operational best practices.

Manage a Tier 2 EHR managed services team: hire, coach, evaluate performance vs. SLAs, oversee projects/upgrades, maintain on-call coverage, handle client relationships, and serve as a partial technical lead (≈10% billable).
