Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, integrate contact-center and CX platforms, and troubleshoot signaling and call-quality issues. Define scalability, security, observability, disaster recovery, and other non-functional requirements. Lead architecture and technical delivery, establish engineering standards, review designs and code, manage technical risks, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
