The C#/.NET Developer will design, develop, and implement software solutions, collaborating in an Agile environment, and ensuring code quality and performance.

Lead and execute federal capture efforts across contract vehicles: develop and run capture plans, conduct opportunity and competitor analysis, coordinate gate reviews, align solution/pricing/proposal teams, manage partners/subcontractors, maintain CRM data hygiene, and support pricing, win themes, and reporting to increase win probability.

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack Java applications (backend Java/Spring Boot, frontend React/Angular, PostgreSQL). Lead architecture decisions, mentor developers, perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, implement testing strategies (JUnit, Cypress, Playwright), collaborate with product/QA/DevOps in Agile, and support VA mission-critical initiatives while meeting security and clearance requirements.

Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and applications. Build ETL/data integration workflows, IaC (CloudFormation/Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, performance, and reliability. Monitor, troubleshoot, and integrate with external APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams and following AWS best practices.

Design, implement, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EKS) using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD (GitHub Actions). Enforce cloud security (IAM, encryption, network segmentation), monitor and optimize performance/cost, troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, and collaborate with development teams. Support VA project requirements, undergo background checks, and complete fingerprinting.

Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure. Automate provisioning with Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM and scripts (Python/PowerShell/Bash). Integrate CI/CD (GitHub Actions), deploy containerized workloads with Docker/Kubernetes, monitor and troubleshoot performance/security, and collaborate with development teams to support DevOps and federal compliance.

The Database Engineer will design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL databases, ensure data integrity, and support cloud platforms. Responsibilities include query generation, system monitoring, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on performance tuning and disaster recovery strategies.

The Functional Tester will develop test plans, execute manual and automated tests, document defects, conduct regression and UAT, and work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
