Coordinates business development activities for a law firm, including directory submissions, ROI reporting, referral and opportunity tracking, collateral and website updates, pitches and proposals, budget support, and professional events. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, deadline management, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Develops, integrates, tests, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise software across Microsoft platforms. Builds web, desktop, cloud, Microsoft 365, API, and AI-enabled solutions, including generative AI and LLM applications. Gathers requirements from legal and business stakeholders, leads technical project work, supports vendors, improves development standards and roadmaps, and ensures secure, scalable application delivery.

Owns the enterprise Data Lakehouse platform, including operations, configuration, integrations, monitoring, validation, issue resolution, vendor management, releases, documentation, security controls, and lifecycle planning. Translates business and data requirements into platform solutions, coordinates cross-functional technology teams, and ensures reliable support for business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and AI use cases. Provides technical leadership and guidance without direct personnel-management responsibility.
