Lead and execute continuous improvement and lean manufacturing projects to resolve safety, quality, cost, and throughput issues. Define project scope, measure KPIs, document and share best practices, train teams on lean methods, perform cost/benefit analysis, and ensure sustainability of improvements across multiple plant sites.

Manage site quality and safety systems, lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, apply SPC and preventive quality tools (PFMEA, control plans), supervise quality team, investigate customer complaints, ensure regulatory EHS compliance, run quality reviews and reporting, and support cross-plant problem solving and training.
