Onboard customers, drive best practices, conduct business reviews, act as escalation contact, coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Account Executives, measure customer health, and champion customer needs across the company.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion and value realization for MariaDB solutions. Act as primary escalation contact, conduct business reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales Engineers, Professional Services), build C-level relationships, and measure customer health while promoting product adoption and upgrades.
