Advises sales professionals and distributors, researches legal and regulatory developments, manages risk, develops educational and promotional content, presents advanced planning concepts, and supports product, marketing, compliance, underwriting, and strategic business initiatives.

Supports timberland acquisition underwriting, valuation, investment modeling, due diligence, harvest scheduling, resource modeling, and appraisal reviews. Provides analytical decision support for investment performance, portfolio management, accounting, and carbon investment strategies. Prepares reports, management plans, and stakeholder materials while collaborating on property acquisitions, long-term plans, and forest management analysis across global commercial forestry regions, primarily North America.

Evaluate and manage the most complex, high-impact life insurance underwriting cases. Audit underwriting decisions and medical summaries, handle appeals, fraud referrals and contestable claims, train and mentor junior underwriters, assist management with risk research and process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure policy compliance and service deadlines are met.

Lead the global capital formation legal team for private markets, overseeing fund structuring, document drafting and negotiation, investor negotiations, regulatory compliance (including Form ADV), and cross-functional collaboration. Advise on product development, manage external counsel, build the team, and drive process improvements for global fund launches and fundraising.
