Own strategic enterprise insurance accounts across North America, driving account expansion, renewals, multi-million-dollar revenue growth, and client retention. Build C-level relationships, lead consultative solution selling and full sales cycles, manage RFPs and negotiations, and position SaaS, cloud, and digital transformation solutions. Partner cross-functionally with product, delivery, and marketing teams while conducting executive reviews, tracking success metrics, and representing customer needs internally.

Leads concurrent, complex SaaS transformation programs for insurance and financial services clients. Owns delivery timelines, scope, quality, margins, risk, production readiness, and post-go-live stability. Partners with executive stakeholders, oversees financial governance, uses NetSuite and Jira, and coaches project and program leaders. Requires extensive enterprise software delivery leadership, insurance domain expertise, and the ability to manage large multi-vendor programs valued at $5M-$20M or more.

Lead complex enterprise software implementation projects across multiple workstreams, managing plans, milestones, risks, issues, budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and delivery performance. Coordinate client stakeholders and cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, QA, cloud operations, security, training, and finance. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain project documentation and reporting, resolve issues, and provide executive status updates to ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and financially healthy.
