The Neuropsychologist provides neuropsychological evaluations, collaborates with care teams, supervises psychometrists, and communicates findings effectively with clients and families.

Manages the Payer Integration team, leading health plan integrations, customer implementations, and strategic payer partnerships. Serves as the subject-matter expert for health plan integration, supports sales and product development, resolves setup challenges, and advises on billing. Collaborates with Billing, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, providers, and health plans to improve member experiences, develop scalable processes, and support future healthcare products.

Lead payer contracting strategy and execution for Lyra Health’s health plans and health systems business. Negotiate complex fee-for-service and value-based agreements, expand payer coverage, build relationships with national and regional health plans, and coordinate market activation across business development, operations, and clinical teams. Analyze reimbursement trends, competitive intelligence, network adequacy, and contracting KPIs to optimize access and support growth.
