Maintains confidential employee records, coordinates interviews and communications, manages office logistics, and assists with HR projects and process improvements.

Communicates with attorneys, medical providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues and manage expectations. Reconciles accounts, tracks medical records and billing, coordinates payments, maintains process documentation, and summarizes data using Excel and Power BI. The role supports workflow improvements, handles shifting priorities, and develops strong provider and client relationships while contributing to efficient, customer-focused service delivery.

Processes attorney balance verification requests, calculates current and final balances, prepares accurate final bill packages, resolves discrepancies, and manages follow-up with attorneys and providers. The role handles calls, emails, and escalated inquiries while maintaining customer relationships, meeting performance targets, and mentoring newer team members.

Conduct independent quality control audits of company accounts, reviewing underwriting decisions, documentation, agreements, payment terms, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance. Document findings, identify errors and process gaps, escalate significant issues, support trend analysis, refine QC procedures, and maintain audit records. Collaborate with management and business partners, assist with validation reviews, and complete assigned reviews accurately within established deadlines.

Manages post-funding relationships with law firms and accounts, obtains case updates, verifies account data, negotiates settlement-related balance reductions, evaluates account performance, identifies business opportunities, provides customer service, and escalates issues when necessary. The role requires strong communication, critical thinking, data analysis, organization, and the ability to work independently in a Charlotte office.

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers (medical providers and attorneys), serve as primary contact for account issues, collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, conduct trainings, schedule regular meetings, and drive revenue growth and performance goals.

Own partner integrations from technical discovery through production launch and stabilization. Translate business and technical needs into integration designs, requirements, data mappings, and documentation. Investigate APIs, databases, logs, and code to troubleshoot issues; validate integrations through testing and data verification; and coordinate product, engineering, underwriting, operations, and external partners. Use AI-assisted tools to create specifications and guides, improve integration patterns, and drive progress through influence and clear communication.

Own product strategy and execution for C3, an internal case management and operations platform supporting underwriting, servicing, payments, documents, and workflow automation. Lead discovery, prioritization, UX decisions, requirements, engineering collaboration, UAT, AI-assisted product practices, and outcome measurement. Partner with operations, legal, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable, scalable capabilities and improve business results.

Designs and maintains automated UI, API, end-to-end, and integration tests across React, Angular, and .NET applications. Validates data flows with SQL Server or Azure SQL, integrates test suites into Azure DevOps quality gates, and manages test data for parallel execution. Uses AI tools to accelerate test generation while critically reviewing coverage and assertion quality. Documents defects in Jira, contributes to test planning and acceptance criteria, and collaborates with engineers and offshore QE teams.

Leads a quality engineering team while remaining hands-on with AI-powered test automation across API, UI, integration, and end-to-end workflows. Evaluates AI tools, improves test frameworks and regression efficiency, supports release readiness, analyzes defects, tracks quality metrics, and partners with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Release teams. Coaches employees on AI-native quality practices, prompt engineering, responsible AI use, and evaluating AI-generated tests.
