Leads the Case Coordination team, overseeing case intake, assignments, audits, workload distribution, service quality, and operational performance. Provides coaching, training, feedback, and corrective actions while maintaining policies, SOPs, and playbooks. Reviews dashboards and metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support case progression. Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Business Development, Plaintiff Funding, referral sources, providers, attorneys, leadership, and HR to resolve issues and deliver a seamless client experience.

Supervise up to six Case Coordinators while managing an active caseload of up to 50 personal injury cases. Oversee case workflows, prioritization, delegation, audits, underwriting procedures, team coverage, training, mentoring, customer service, referral relationships, and follow-up on inactive or difficult cases. Participate in risk committee meetings and collaborate with department leadership to ensure timely, high-quality case coordination.

Manage a 100–150-case caseload involving personal injury matters. Coordinate medical appointments, treatment, medical records, transportation, and communication among attorneys, clients, and healthcare providers. Evaluate case merits and approve funding decisions up to $10,000, maintain priorities and workflows, build professional relationships, support service and revenue goals, and occasionally train new team members.
