Family medical leave
Lansweeper offers up to 12 weeks of unpaid, job-protected leave per year, as well as maintained health benefits, for any employee eligible under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Generous parental leave
Lansweeper will provide up to sixteen weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregiver and/or for recovering from the medical condition of birth delivery and four weeks for secondary caregiver.
