The Senior Group Sales Manager exceeds revenue goals in the group market, managing client accounts, conducting sales calls, preparing proposals, and ensuring guest satisfaction through collaboration across departments.

Assist and lead Front Office operations, supervise and develop front desk, bell, and concierge teams, enforce Forbes and brand standards, manage reservations and VIP assignments, coordinate with Rooms Division to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction, handle shift schedules, payroll, and reporting, and cover Guest Relations and variable shifts including nights and weekends.

Lead and manage front desk operations and staff to ensure excellent guest service. Oversee check-ins/outs, reservations, billing, reporting, cross-department coordination, safety compliance, and timely resolution of guest issues.
