Lead product strategy and delivery for client workflow orchestration, AI-powered anomaly detection, and a client portal. Drive automation, real-time telemetry, API integrations, and measurable operational excellence. Partner with CS, Ops, Engineering, and AI architecture to prototype, ship AI-native features, define metrics, and grow the product team.

Review documents from data breaches to identify PII, PHI, and other sensitive data using eDiscovery platforms. Meet accuracy and speed targets, follow written/verbal instructions, attend trainings, maintain confidentiality, track hours, and communicate with project leadership. Project-based, fully remote (US-only), minimum 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM ET.

Manage and develop a team of project managers delivering eDiscovery services. Ensure high-quality client service, allocate workload, handle escalations, improve workflows, and provide hands-on project support and coaching.

Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent eDiscovery projects as primary client contact. Ensure projects meet scope, timeline, quality, compliance, and budget. Coordinate internal teams, provide reporting, forecast revenue/invoicing, advise on scoping with sales, and maintain client relationships. Require eDiscovery technical knowledge, data processing/hosting familiarity, regulatory awareness, and strong communication under pressure.

Lead and build KLDiscovery's gen-AI architecture and core systems. Design and implement LLMs, agents, RAG, vector search, embeddings, model selection, MLOps, telemetry, and evaluation harnesses. Ship high-impact prototypes and production components, mentor senior engineers, and represent AI strategy to product, customers, and partners.

The Director of FP&A for Revenue & GTM will oversee revenue forecasting, sales operations, and commissions management, serving as the financial partner to the CRO.
