Own Kestra’s enterprise demand-generation strategy, account tiering, ABM programs, multi-channel campaigns, paid acquisition, nurture, conversion, measurement, budget allocation, and agency partnerships. Build target-account programs from product, community, web, GitHub, and firmographic signals, partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, and Business Development to generate and progress qualified enterprise pipeline. The role is a hands-on senior individual contributor position focused on account-level engagement and pipeline outcomes.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle on the US East Coast: source and qualify opportunities, build pipeline (outbound and community-sourced), run discovery and demos, lead commercial negotiations with technical and business stakeholders, develop account strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene to close $50K–$500K+ ARR deals.

Build Kestra's first outbound BDR motion by converting open source adoption signals into strategic conversations with developers and engineers. Research, qualify, and outreach using AI tools; generate SQL pipelines to translate signal into enterprise and cloud adoption; iterate on repeatable processes and GTM narratives.
