Develops operational plans and performance metrics while ensuring safe, efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies between global locations and Antarctica.

Design and model mechanical components and mounts for optical elements, create detailed fabrication/assembly drawings, develop assembly and test procedures, support subsystem integration and testing, lead design concepts and trade studies, evaluate risks and mitigation strategies, collaborate with engineers and technicians, and present technical results. Prior spaceflight/NASA experience supported.

Design, develop, test, and operate guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems. Support flight software integration, telemetry analysis, real-time mission operations, anomaly resolution, verification in simulation/HIL labs, and develop operational procedures and operator tools.

Manage scheduling of spacecraft communications via NASA Deep Space Network: generate R&CL requirements, create schedules in SSS, resolve conflicts, maintain flight view periods, coordinate with JPL/DSN stakeholders, produce reports and plots, and operate CAST/SPS tools while supporting proposals and process improvements.

Lead development of compliant, competitive cost/price proposals for large federal contracts. Perform cost and price analyses, draft proposal narratives, develop pricing strategies, assess risk and cash flow, present recommendations to leadership, coordinate with Contracts/Subcontracts/HR/Finance, mentor junior analysts, and perform quality assurance on proposals.

Coordinate, develop, and evaluate peer support and community-based programs for Special Operations units and families. Recruit, vet, and train peer counselors per USSOCOM standards; collect and report program data; deliver family orientation, deployment/reintegration support, suicide prevention, and related resiliency services; liaise with command and promote resources across media and networks.

Lead technical solution development and strategy for complex defense, intelligence, and space pursuits. Shape customer requirements, produce proposal technical volumes and BOEs, apply MBSE/Digital Engineering, DevSecOps, cloud and cybersecurity practices, mentor teams, and support RFIs and customer engagement to win mission-focused programs.
