Leads JSI’s Broadband Network Engineering practice, managing managers and senior engineers, delivery quality, utilization, margins, staffing, technical standards, and team development. Serves as an executive advisor to strategic clients across broadband and telecommunications domains, handles escalations, and supports proposals and business development. Owns practice-level financial performance and client relationships while partnering on strategic planning and new service offerings.

Architects and evaluates large-scale, multi-vendor fiber access networks using advanced PON technologies. Integrates OLT and ONT platforms with core routing, IP/MPLS backbones, and optical transport. Reviews high-level designs, migration strategies, and technical specifications; leads vendor evaluations and client recommendations. Provides expert troubleshooting and engineering advisory support while mentoring junior engineers and managing complex client engagements, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
