The Sales Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, onboarding clients, developing strategies for customer success, and transitioning clients to internal sales staff.

Trainee will learn to manage small driver rosters and non-traditional shifts, ensure DOT compliance, assign and monitor loads, resolve service and mechanical issues, manage yard and inventory, perform administrative duties (payroll, invoicing, P&L analysis), and support customer-facing reporting and driver training.

The Manager Trainee will learn to manage a team and logistics operations, ensuring compliance and delivering customer service. They will handle administrative tasks and develop relationships with drivers and clients.

Trainee will learn day-to-day fleet and driver management, routing and load assignment, DOT compliance, customer service, inventory/asset management, basic payroll/P&L administrative tasks, and yard/maintenance coordination while supporting operations and continuous improvement.
