Support VDC project coordination by communicating across teams, performing seismic and EFS support design in Revit/Nexus, managing model QA/QC, producing schedules/shop drawings, training staff, and ensuring clash-free BIM workflows aligned with ISAT standards.

Lead VDC coordination for EFS projects: manage interdepartmental communication, assign and track VDC tasks, provide seismic and EFS technical expertise, train staff, perform model reviews and clash detection, enforce standards and naming conventions, and liaise with PMs and clients to ensure constructible, code-compliant BIM deliverables.

Prepare custom engineering packages, produce accurate AutoCAD/Revit details, create seismic bracing layouts, support Sales and PMs, manage project files and billing (NEXUS), generate submittals and quotes, communicate project documentation, and learn relevant codes (ASCE-7, IBC, UFC).

Support Project Managers across multiple MEP projects by coordinating technical and administrative tasks, tracking deliverables, assisting client and field communications, supporting quotes and change orders, maintaining documentation, and developing code and product knowledge to grow into a Project Manager role.
