Hospitality
Leads global program messaging and content strategy for IJM’s violence-protection work. Develops audience positioning, message architecture, key messages, reusable content systems, and marketing communications for mass audiences, donors, partners, media, and leaders. Translates complex evidence and program models into accessible, accurate, culturally sensitive, survivor-centered communications. Coordinates cross-functional adoption of messaging and provides strategic and editorial counsel on brand alignment and ethical storytelling.

Supports the Chief of Staff to the CEO by coordinating strategic initiatives, maintaining project plans, tracking risks and milestones, preparing executive communications, and managing follow-through. Leads implementation planning, change adoption, enterprise communications, process improvement, knowledge management, and portfolio governance activities. The role also coordinates meetings, travel, expenses, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement while handling confidential information.

Leads enterprise portfolio enablement by establishing practical project and portfolio management standards, integrating strategic workplans, improving prioritization and sequencing, and advising portfolio managers. The role develops AI-enabled planning tools, assesses organizational capacity and change load, manages dependencies and risks, and facilitates alignment across pathways, regions, and countries. It also governs the Enterprise Calendar and builds organizational capability in portfolio management.
