Owns pipeline and revenue growth initiatives, funnel optimization, regional GTM alignment, enablement, launch frameworks, competitive intelligence, revenue sprints, and executive-level strategic reporting. Partners across sales, marketing, product, AI, customer success, and revenue operations to improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and scale data-driven GTM programs across global markets.

The Solutions Consultant will engage with prospects, develop demos, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure smooth client onboarding, requiring technical and client-facing skills.

The Digital Account Executive manages sales, achieves growth, interacts with clients throughout the sales cycle, and develops new sales initiatives. This role also involves mentoring Sales Development Representatives and providing market insights.

As an Account Director, you will manage existing client accounts, focusing on renewals, expansion, and high-level stakeholder engagement, working closely with Customer Success Managers.

Lead post-sales onboarding and implementation for new clients, manage projects to accelerate time-to-value, provide technical guidance on integrations (APIs/webhooks), train and enable users, set KPIs for adoption, liaise with internal teams and third parties, and ensure smooth transition to Customer Success.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll support clients by ensuring they effectively utilize Insider One's technology and develop strategies to meet their goals, while building strong relationships and collaborating with technical teams.

The role involves building and leading a sales team, developing strategies for growth, coaching employees, and driving revenue by engaging with enterprise customers.
