Administer and optimize enterprise .NET web applications across Azure, Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server environments. Responsibilities include deployments, Tier 3 support, troubleshooting, incident response, automation, CI/CD, monitoring, release coordination, infrastructure administration, security improvements, and customer collaboration. The role supports highly available SaaS platforms and partners with development, DevOps, DBA, and business teams to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
