Practice under applicable regulatory scope and support regional medication management operations.

Design, develop, and monitor ML models using clinical, claims, and SDoH data. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, query Snowflake for EDA, build production-ready code, and maintain model logging, monitoring, and drift detection to drive clinical and business insights.

Manage a portfolio of health plan partners to drive client retention and contract performance. Build relationships, track contractual deliverables and reporting, resolve escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, generate data-driven performance reporting, support Joint Operating Committee meetings, and represent the voice of the customer. Travel ~20%.

Provide pediatric medical nutrition therapy via telehealth: assess nutritional needs, design individualized care plans, monitor growth trends, create formula mixing instructions, document in EHR, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, triage referrals, and support caregivers with culturally appropriate education.
