Design, develop, and integrate Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Platform Events) for VA call center and case management systems. Implement APIs, event-driven patterns, CI/CD, Data Cloud, and AI/Agentforce features while working in Agile DevSecOps teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and troubleshoot performance issues.

Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze processes, define Salesforce requirements, design/configure solutions (Service/Experience Cloud, Flow), support data migration, reporting, UAT, training, change management, and Agile delivery to improve workflows and platform adoption.

Lead and coach Salesforce delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and SAFe. Facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, remove impediments, track sprint metrics, coordinate cross-team dependencies, support release planning, and collaborate with QA/integration/project management to deliver reliable Salesforce solutions.

Administer and configure Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds including Flows, security, sharing, automation, reports/dashboards, and release coordination. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in Agile/DevSecOps to deliver scalable, governed solutions and apply AI/Agentforce use cases to improve case handling.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for Salesforce applications. Build automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Apex), perform API, regression, performance, smoke, and accessibility/Section 508 testing, track defects in JIRA, and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure high-quality deployments and updated test documentation.

Develop, integrate, test, and maintain VistA/healthcare applications using MUMPS/Cache. Support HL7 messaging, APIs, web applications, and work in an Agile Scrum, DevSecOps environment. Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in sprint activities, and ensure accessibility and TRM compliance.
