The Regional Talent Development Leader will strategize and deliver talent development programs, collaborate with HR leaders, and enhance organizational effectiveness across the South Super Region.

Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, support producers on servicing, renewals, marketing and retention, negotiate with carriers, resolve complex policy/claims/billing issues, identify cross-sell and new business opportunities, maintain accurate agency systems and reports, and ensure client satisfaction and compliance with licensing.

Support Financial Consultants by gathering, auditing, and analyzing employee benefits financial data; prepare spreadsheets and initial financial deliverables, coordinate stop-loss RFPs, resolve client/vendor data issues, and assist drafting technical report sections to meet client timelines.

Analyze producers' books using internal and external data to identify cross-sell leads and trends. Generate Power BI/Excel reports, apply data mining and AI methods to surface opportunities, and collaborate with producers and national/regional teams to drive cross-selling initiatives and recommendations.

As a HUB Insurance Sales Advisor, you will sell insurance products, develop client relationships, provide guidance, and work towards sales targets while maintaining knowledge of HUB's offerings.

The Commercial Lines Account Manager manages insurance accounts independently, liaises with clients and carriers, ensures account retention, and develops new business opportunities.

Manage end-to-end group health benefits renewals for an assigned client block: gather data, coordinate RFP/quotes from carriers, analyze quotes, create renewal presentations and Benefits User Guides, support underwriting, assist sales with medical quoting and enrollments, prepare enrollment materials, and transition clients to service teams.

Perform timely, accurate data entry and matching of insurance documents to loan records using the Miniter Ecommerce System. Analyze coverage sufficiency, process transactions across work queues, handle inbound/outbound calls to educate customers and agents, meet daily workflow goals, participate in training, and ensure high-quality loan transaction completion.
