Supports PMIS and BI implementation for infrastructure and capital programs by gathering requirements, configuring workflows, integrating data, and developing dashboards and reports. Documents procedures, maintains data governance, trains users, supports system adoption, and helps project teams use project controls technologies for cost, schedule, change, and document management. The role also leads technology support teams on moderate engagements and collaborates with project, business, and technical stakeholders.

Support engineering teams by preparing and modifying design calculations, reports, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and design files. Conduct research, data collection, field investigations, and assist with project delivery using CAD and office software.

The Commercial Lead manages communication and accountability in alternative delivery projects, focusing on contract administration, risk management, and strategic resolutions. They oversee project staff, provide contractual support, and facilitate meetings while ensuring compliance.

The Senior Commercial Lead manages communication, accountability, and document control for alternative delivery projects, focusing on contract administration, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder interactions. They support project issue resolution, draft technical documents, lead audits, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with contract policies.

Assist planning project teams by collecting and analyzing data, producing maps, exhibits, reports, and presentation materials, supporting stakeholder engagement, and helping prepare plans, studies, and environmental documents under staff direction.

Assist engineering teams with basic engineering tasks including research, design support, preparation of engineering drawings and documents, basic calculations, and organizing information for project use.
