Train to become a retail marketing leader by supporting day-to-day kiosk operations, supervising 6–12 associates, coaching sales behaviors, assisting with hiring, producing reports, and coordinating with Legal/IT/HR to ensure operational efficiency across assigned market locations.

Engage guests to promote and present vacation ownership opportunities, build rapport, identify guest needs, meet sales goals, provide concierge-style recommendations, and participate in ongoing training.

Provide site-level HR support and business partnering: coach managers, handle employee relations intake/triage, guide corrective actions, support talent management, performance cycles, and HR program implementation while leveraging HR data to inform people decisions.
