Leads UX research strategy and a small senior research team for a global SaaS platform. Aligns product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and executives around customer evidence; conducts foundational and mixed-methods research; builds Voice of the Customer programs; scales research practices through training and standards; coaches researchers; and translates insights into roadmap and business outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 500 Spanish-speaking affiliates. Build partner relationships, provide coaching on digital marketing and promotions, reactivate dormant affiliates, run engagement campaigns, and drive trials, revenue, and affiliate milestones. Use performance data, CRM reporting, automation, and AI tools to prioritize outreach and measure results. Represent HighLevel at industry events and provide market insights to improve Spanish-language partner resources.

Own the end-to-end affiliate commission and contractual payment lifecycle, including calculations, payout accuracy, disputes, clawbacks, refunds, chargebacks, and compliance decisions. Serve as the primary affiliate contact for payment issues, partner with Revenue Operations and Affiliate Managers, and create scalable SOPs, exception policies, and calculation methodologies. Analyze commission data, resolve root causes before payout deadlines, maintain documentation, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and compliance teams.
