Sell HiddenLayer's AI security platform to federal agencies by developing account strategies, driving pipeline and revenue, leading technical and executive engagements, navigating federal acquisition and contracting, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting adoption, expansion, and renewals across the Intelligence Community, DoD, DHS, and civilian agencies.

Serve as pre-sales technical lead for federal customers, architecting and deploying AI security platform in SaaS and airgapped environments. Lead discovery workshops, scope proofs-of-value, build demos and POC AI apps, integrate SDKs/APIs, advise on AI/ML security and MLOps, deliver demos and written deliverables, and support onboarding and troubleshooting with Customer Success.

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues for customers using the HiddenLayer AISec Platform, partner with internal teams, and improve documentation and processes.

The Data Scientist will develop and improve models and LLM systems for security applications, focusing on production readiness and experimentation. Responsibilities include building classifiers and evaluating models.

The Controller will oversee accounting processes, manage audits, establish financial controls, and lead financial system migrations in a growing SaaS company.

The Customer Success Manager will manage enterprise accounts, ensure customer engagement, track account health, and facilitate communication between technical teams and clients.
