Own Salesforce architecture and the broader revenue technology stack. Lead cross-functional initiatives involving lead routing, quote-to-cash, data hygiene, integrations, automation, and AI-driven GTM improvements. Design scalable processes, configure and deploy systems, optimize integrations with Outreach, Gong, and HubSpot, and serve as a technical partner to Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams.

Build and lead Hex’s Systems Integrator partner program from the ground up. Recruit, qualify, enable, and prioritize SI partners; develop joint go-to-market plans; generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; support enterprise deal cycles; and create scalable partner playbooks, incentives, and enablement. Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and cloud and data platform partners to drive customer adoption and company growth.

Own and improve Hex’s cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, databases, security, cost management, and single-tenant deployment systems. The role involves selecting and delivering infrastructure projects, operating Kubernetes and AWS environments, scaling PostgreSQL, implementing infrastructure as code, and building customer-facing platform capabilities. Engineers are expected to handle on-call responsibilities, write application code when needed, and independently turn ambiguous infrastructure problems into shippable solutions.
