Leads HeroDevs’ digital marketing strategy across paid media, website conversion, campaigns, content, and web execution. Owns paid marketing budgets, channel performance, pipeline impact, and conversion optimization. Manages a team of four and directs paid media and web development priorities while partnering with Product, Product Marketing, Content, Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations. Oversees testing, digital quality, analytics, and executive reporting to improve demand creation, demand capture, and revenue outcomes.

Owns paid media strategy and execution across search, display, and social channels. Plans and manages campaigns, budgets, testing, performance analysis, and optimization to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. Partners with creative, content, and marketing leadership teams to align campaigns with business goals, communicate results, and recommend channel and budget decisions.

Maintain and extend long-term supported forks of major JavaScript frameworks. Develop and secure code in JavaScript/TypeScript, backport fixes, triage and patch CVEs, build CI/CD and automation, collaborate with security and OSS contributors, and drive platform reliability and architecture decisions.

Own and run a data-driven content strategy that grows organic traffic and pipeline, adapts to AI-driven search, addresses multiple buyer personas, manages AI-assisted production and external contributors, and ships varied content rapidly to support demand generation.

Senior Java engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure backend systems using Java and modern frameworks. Participate in architecture, collaborate with product and security teams, write maintainable code, and adopt AI-assisted development tools while contributing to open-source efforts.

Own the full commercial contracting lifecycle and broader legal operations. Draft, review, and negotiate services, licensing, privacy, and tech agreements; lead deal design with Sales and partners; assess contract risk and recommend mitigations; build templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes; maintain contract calendars and support internal training. Partner with senior leadership, Channel & Alliances, and external counsel on complex transactions and compliance.

Lead FP&A as the first dedicated hire: manage annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting; build driver-based models, partner with department leaders, prepare board/investor materials, support month-end close, and create scalable processes using AI and automation.
