Responsibilities include researching product-qualified leads, conducting customer discovery, delivering technical product demonstrations, addressing security, privacy, and procurement reviews, negotiating terms, and closing B2B software deals. The role requires technical understanding of data models, APIs, permissions, integrations, ERP and CRM workflows, enterprise buying requirements, and business-outcome-focused communication.

Own inbound mid-market sales from qualification through close. Research product-qualified opportunities, conduct customer discovery, lead technical product demos, navigate security and procurement reviews, negotiate terms, and close B2B software deals. Own Hercules’ full data stack, including ETL from third-party providers into BigQuery, data modeling with dbt and medallion architecture, semantic-layer metric definition, and self-service business intelligence in Omni. Build reliable, maintainable systems and dashboards while applying strong software architecture, API design, code quality, and AI-assisted development practices.

Own growth across the customer journey, including landing-page conversion, activation, paid conversion, retention, expansion, and monetization.
