Partners with finance, shared services, and outsourced teams while supervising accounting staff and driving system implementations, process improvements, and special projects.

Leads brand and specialty pharmaceutical category management, including supplier relationships, marketing and sales planning, pricing, profitability, product launches, distribution negotiations, SKU optimization, and product content. Analyzes category performance and financial metrics, develops growth strategies, oversees channel marketing, and mentors category management staff. Requires strong leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical, project management, and decision-making skills, with limited travel under 10%.

Owns regional Record-to-Report service delivery across accounting close, reconciliations, journals, controls, SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, vendor coordination, escalations, and process improvement. The role aligns regional execution with global standards, manages outsourced and retained teams, supports transitions into GBS, and partners with finance leadership across multiple countries and entities.

Develop and maintain EHS policies and programs, conduct site inspections and incident investigations, ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, IATA, IMO and EPA regulations, support hazardous materials shipping compliance and SDS management, deliver EHS training, coordinate regulatory responses, and provide technical guidance to business units.
