Owns commercial analytics reporting for pharmaceutical commercial operations, including KPI dashboards, territory performance tracking, brand trend analysis, data quality, ad hoc analysis, and incentive compensation support. Builds Power BI dashboards and data models using warehouse, pharmacy, and claims data. Partners with Commercial, Finance, and Market Access stakeholders, develops KPI definitions, supports executive decisions, and mentors junior analytics staff.

Manage marketing platforms and the promotional review cycle (PRC) across branded and compounded portfolios. Coordinate, review, and QC promotional materials in Veeva, lead review meetings, ensure regulatory submissions (2253), maintain audit-ready documentation and trademark logs, improve processes/SOPs, train stakeholders, and manage NDCs/labels for compounded products.

Provides administrative support to the Quality Assurance team by handling inquiries, initiating and documenting Product Quality Complaints, maintaining complaint trackers, updating SharePoint and QA records, and supporting document control, filing, archiving, and general QA activities. The role requires accurate procedure-following, confidentiality, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to learn pharmacovigilance and compliance principles. This is a remote position with occasional travel up to 10%.
