Eight-week, full-time Finance Intern role supporting real estate loan sourcing and closings, underwriting, deal negotiation, financial analysis, financial statement and cash flow preparation, asset valuation, property dispositions, and financial reporting compliance. The intern will collaborate with experienced finance professionals while gaining exposure to commercial real estate finance and capital markets.

Supports multifamily real estate marketing through website, social media, graphic design, photography, videography, campaigns, market research, analytics, and event planning. The intern creates and schedules content, engages audiences, researches market trends, evaluates campaign performance, and assists with property promotions and grand opening events while working full-time in office for eight weeks during Summer 2027.

Supports investor relations through database maintenance, investor reporting, fund documentation, communications, account record updates, transaction support, and tracking investor commitments and capital raised. The intern collaborates with the Investor Relations team on daily responsibilities and special projects while gaining exposure to real estate investment management and fund operations.

Support sourcing, underwriting, and closing multifamily development, acquisition, refinancing, and corporate loans. Coordinate due diligence and closings, maintain loan abstracts and covenant compliance, prepare investor and lender reporting, analyze property performance, debt schedules, cash flows, and valuations, and use Yardi and Excel to build financial models and reports while partnering with cross-functional teams.
