Lead capital projects and manufacturing improvements from concept through startup and handoff. Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, estimates, and execution plans; manage contractors, vendors, and engineering partners; and collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, EHS, and supply chain. Projects involve food-processing equipment, packaging, utilities, HVAC, electrical systems, automation, and facility upgrades. Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and compliance with safety, environmental, food-quality, and engineering standards.
