Design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B SaaS products supporting energy interconnection and planning workflows. Responsibilities include user research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, UX metrics, design-system contributions, usability testing, and close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Insights, and Customer Experience teams. The role focuses on data-heavy interfaces, expert users, regulated environments, platform evolution, and ensuring consistent, usable, and scalable product experiences.

Senior Product Owner responsible for product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, requirements, Agile delivery, release readiness, customer discovery, product metrics, and stakeholder alignment. The role represents customer needs to engineering, balances technical debt and feature development, supports sales, mentors product owners, and partners with leadership to improve product processes. Energy and utility industry expertise, particularly transmission planning or interconnection processes, is required.

Own customer support tickets from intake through resolution or escalation. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with Engineering, communicate proactively, document ticket status and next steps, translate enhancement requests into acceptance criteria, report on ticket trends and performance, and prioritize work based on customer impact and urgency.

Owns the Market Map, synthesizes market and customer signals into executive-ready insights, and drives strategic product partnerships from identification through negotiation and ongoing management. Works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to embed market-driven strategy into the product roadmap.

Lead design, build, and scale GridUnity's cloud SaaS platform. Own end-to-end features, mentor engineers, drive architecture, improve scalability, reliability, security, and data practices while collaborating with product teams.

Customer-facing role translating utility business needs into technical requirements and integrations. Lead discovery, data mapping, configuration, UAT, defect triage, and cutover. Support SOW/scoping, demos, and training while ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and smooth implementations.
