Lead client-facing UX strategy and delivery for complex digital experiences, from research and discovery through design handoff. Responsibilities include stakeholder interviews, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability and accessibility considerations, CRO recommendations, A/B testing, and client presentations. Collaborate with strategy, content, SEO, development, analytics, visual design, and project management teams across global engagements while improving UX frameworks and documentation.

Manage key client relationships and lead integrated marketing campaigns across creative, digital, media, and project teams. Translate client needs into actionable plans, oversee scopes, budgets, timelines, estimates, proposals, and quality assurance, and identify account-growth opportunities. The role requires strong communication, delegation, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving in a fast-paced agency environment.
