Build and deploy AI agents, LLM workflows, and marketing automation systems for CRM and lifecycle campaigns. Automate Braze campaign development, segmentation, personalization, and pre-send QA. Create evaluation suites for brand voice, factual accuracy, and tone; maintain version-controlled prompts and agent definitions; integrate systems through APIs and MCP servers; train marketing users; and measure adoption, efficiency gains, and marketing KPI impact.

Own paid social and video acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Manage campaign launches, budgets, audiences, optimization, creative testing, incrementality measurement, performance reporting, and AI-enabled marketing workflows. Partner with Brand and Creative on asset development, interpret experimental results, identify platform opportunities, and ensure operational accuracy. The role requires strong performance marketing expertise, analytical rigor, communication skills, and hands-on use of AI tools.
