The Lead Procurement Analyst oversees procurement categories, manages vendor relationships, executes sourcing strategies, and enhances procurement processes to drive business value and efficiency.

Sell and service General Motors Insurance policies via inbound/outbound calls, email, chat and text. Provide quotes, close sales, handle policy changes, resolve complaints, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction. Role may be selling, servicing, or hybrid, fully remote.

This role involves managing dealer relationships, providing support on GM Financial initiatives, and preparing for an Account Manager position after the training program. Responsibilities include traveling, analyzing data, and presenting to senior management.
