Inside Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth and margin with an assigned account portfolio via phone, video, and digital channels. Tasks include prospecting, CRM management, meeting quotas, collaborating with territory managers and internal partners, pricing and proposal work, customer support, KPI tracking, and attending product/sales training.

Manage a designated HVAC territory to grow sales and market share by building dealer and contractor relationships, soliciting new accounts, meeting sales goals, resolving customer issues, presenting products, attending industry events, and analyzing sales/market data. Represent the distributorship at meetings, trainings, and promotional events.
