Leads and scales Fingerprint’s recruiting function by managing Talent Partners, developing hiring strategy and workforce plans, standardizing recruiting processes, and owning recruiting metrics. Advises executives and hiring managers on role scope, leveling, compensation, and hiring decisions. Optimizes ATS, sourcing, and AI recruiting tools while improving efficiency, forecasting, and candidate experience across technical and non-technical hiring.

Drive technical sales cycles from discovery through close by partnering with sales executives, gathering customer requirements, leading proof-of-value integrations, and presenting product demonstrations. Translate customer pain points into Fingerprint solutions, respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, support conferences, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with sales and marketing. The role requires strong JavaScript and SQL skills, excellent presentation abilities, and proficiency with remote-work tools.

Build and optimize highly performant backend systems, APIs, microservices, and real-time data-processing infrastructure in Go and Node.js. Design scalable distributed systems, integrate services, troubleshoot complex issues through experimentation, and improve reliability through performance tuning, debugging, and testing. Participate in on-call rotation, collaborate across functions, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor junior developers in a fully remote global team.
