Every full-time employee gets a 16 inch Macbook Pro because we want you to be styling and realize the benefits of big screens as a remote company. In addition, we'll reimburse you $1,000 within your first 30 days to get your home office set up to your needs and we reimburse up to $500/month for shared office space.

There are so many opportunities to learn and build a career. We have a “growth mindset fund” for learning and development. Want to learn something or take a class? We'll reimburse up to $2,000/year. If the class is more, just ask and we'll see what we can do.
We work fully remotely
Filmhub is a 100% remote-first company, spread across the whole planet. As a member of our team, you will be invited to work wherever you're happiest and most productive. We call Slack our office, and Zoom is our conference room. We don’t have set working hours, people work 40 hour weeks asynchronously. We’re all excited about our vision, and we focus on results, balance, and sustained productivity. Have a family event coming up and need to travel on a Friday? No problem. Want to take off to Aruba or New Zealand for a few weeks and work from there? Awesome – please share photos :) It’s the little things too, like being able to avoid a commute and spend more time with family.
