Support safe, efficient operation of the I-77 corridor by coordinating O&M activities, tracking maintenance, assisting operational projects, implementing process improvements, planning lane closures, supporting incident response with the TMC, and collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and NCDOT.

Lead and coordinate daily IT operations, network and infrastructure maintenance, data center and Traffic Operations Center support, vendor management, SLA/KPI monitoring, business continuity and disaster recovery reviews, cybersecurity vulnerability tracking, and SOX-related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure reliable service, troubleshooting, upgrades, and documentation.
