Owns go-to-market analytics, forecasting, sales performance reporting, and GTM operating cadence. Leads annual planning, develops performance metrics, prepares executive and board reporting, and partners with finance, data, and marketing to improve revenue processes and systems. Uses SQL, CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Provide customer support through chat, phone, and email; troubleshoot technical and subscription issues; answer product questions; maintain knowledge-base resources; document interactions; identify recurring issues; collaborate with Customer Success, Product, QA, and Development; and meet response and resolution KPIs.

Drive revenue growth across an assigned territory through account expansion and new business. Manage existing customer portfolios, prospect and qualify new opportunities, execute the full sales cycle using MEDDPICC, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to close deals and support customer success.
