Lead and oversee a portfolio of technology and non-technology projects for a business line. Manage execution strategy, schedules, risks, finances, resource capacity, and cross-functional teams. Provide executive stakeholder management, intake/prioritization, program governance, and tactical project execution. Coach and evaluate team members to ensure delivery of complex initiatives, often using SDLC or Agile methodologies.
