Leads product management and transformation initiatives for commercial lending and servicing capabilities. Defines business requirements, roadmaps, process improvements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leads UAT, testing, implementation, change management, and rollout activities. Partners with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver scalable solutions, strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and enhance client experience across complex lending products.

Performs complex financial, operational, compliance, and risk-based internal audits. Reviews controls, tests records and accounts, analyzes audit data, documents findings, prepares remediation plans, and recommends improvements. Uses Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and data analytics tools while collaborating with audit management and information technology specialists.
