Growth and Authenticity
Freedom to Grow
“We often see incredible growth and acceleration of people’s careers at Eventus,” said CEO Rob Rutledge. Due to the company’s size and focus, employees have the opportunity to engage in projects that stretch their abilities, whether due to client requests or an employee’s own interests. Rutledge and Eventus leaders pride themselves on being able to give employees the freedom to explore those interests in ways that will support client growth. “We operate on trust and the only way that is possible is from our incredibly talented and motivated employees,” he said.

FOCUS ON CLIENTS & EMPLOYEES
Ensuring Team Performance and Individual Growth
Kim Koeller
Senior Director – Strategic Consulting.
“Our Consulting Practice is very focused on optimizing and transforming the customer experience for our clients while enabling employees to grow in their careers,” said Kim Koeller. “Ensuring a collaborative and facilitative work environment and promoting an atmosphere of mutual respect for clients and team members are also very important. Each person is accountable for their individual performance and contribution as well as being part of a collective team to help drive our clients’ overall success.” To aid in team members’ growth, Koeller explained that she helps her team leverage their existing skill sets to deliver optimal client outcomes while, at the same time, providing opportunities to build new talents to realize their potential.
Eventus has been and continues to be a flexible and supportive work environment which leverages the strengths and expertise of our team to meet career objectives with a ‘family-first’ attitude.
Crosscountry Collaboration
Building the right channels for remote innovation
Asked to describe Eventus’ culture in one word, Senior Engineer Gitu Chathaparampil offered three: “Welcoming, innovative, collaborative.” Though Chathaparampil came to Eventus skeptical about the hybrid culture, he has grown to love the geographic diversity of his team. “We build strong connections and collaborate as effectively as any in-house team,” Chathaparampil said. The senior engineer attributes the stellar cross-collaboration to solid communication: “Managers welcome new ideas at frequent sync ups — which are the perfect opportunity to bring challenges and innovations to the team.”
