Develops project management processes, standards, reporting tools, metrics, and controls while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability targets. Mentors project managers and engineering staff, supports financial forecasting and invoicing, manages client relationships and negotiations, conducts project reviews, and contributes to proposals and business development.
