Leads the PMO team and establishes project management processes, standards, tools, metrics, and controls. Oversees complex utility engineering programs and portfolios, including scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risk, profitability, reporting, and client relationships. Mentors project managers and multidisciplinary teams, supports contract negotiations and business development, and coordinates financial reporting, proposals, and project execution across public and investor-owned electric utility clients.

Contribute to civil and site plan production, construction plan documents, and technical drawings for private land development projects. Work with an engineering design team while gaining practical experience in civil engineering, conceptual design, and technical documentation. Responsibilities include applying design skills, collaborating with teammates, and developing proficiency with industry tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
