Provide direct clinical care to senior residents in an assisted living community: assess and document clinical conditions in the electronic medical record, administer medications, update care plans, supervise care associates, participate in care meetings and clinical reviews (falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use), communicate with residents and families, and perform other duties as assigned by the RN clinical leader.

Partner with the Director of Nursing to lead and mentor clinical staff in a long-term care setting. Ensure appropriate staffing, drive clinical quality (wound care, infection control, falls, pain, nutrition), participate in committees and review outcomes, assist with nursing budget, and maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.

Deliver and facilitate recreational, therapeutic, and social programs for continuing care residents; escort residents on outings; manage supplies and equipment; collaborate with staff, volunteers, and management; monitor resident needs and implement activities per manager guidance.

Supervise community security and emergency services, ensure compliance with programs and procedures, perform inspections and investigations, maintain emergency plans, oversee reports and scheduling, hire/train and evaluate staff, and provide daily leadership and administrative support.

Lead HR strategy and workplace culture for a 420-employee continuing care retirement community. Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and engagement. Oversee HR team, create retention and recognition programs, and promote an inclusive, high-performing work environment.

Serve as the community's first point of contact: greet residents and visitors, handle questions, receive emergency calls and dispatch staff, monitor emergency pull cords, track resident status and census, manage resident lists and mail/packages, and maintain accurate records.
